Climate Limitations
Outside climate is irrelevant. Excess production can be converted into specialized medical or food products like Lettuce toothpaste and burn wound creams for over 320+ crops.
Resilience
You can change / harvest / destroy a crop, replant, and in 60 minutes there is new transplant growth and then can start to harvest 7+ days later depending on crop type.
HighTech / Low Tech
Farm to Mouth – Creating Organic locally produces sustainable food and fertilizers, several high tech farming and crop management methods applied to get the optimal crop yield.
Resource usage
Using 3% – 8% water / electricity and producing 90% more fresh daily consumable fresh produce vs traditional greenhouse farming methods. Increasing growth surfaces by 22x in a building using 1 or 22 level shelves and 22+ crop cycles per year…
